*The replacement period starts from the delivery date. Replacement is given for manufacturing faults only, with the box, all accessories and the invoice.
What is covered
Manufacturing and hardware defects that appear during normal use within the warranty period.
What is not covered
- Physical damage, cracks, bends or liquid damage
- Damage from unauthorised repair, opening the device or software modification
- Damage from incorrect chargers, power surges or misuse
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic scratches and consumables
- Products whose serial/IMEI or warranty sticker is removed or altered
How to claim warranty
- Keep your invoice (it is your proof of purchase).

- We check the device and tell you the expected service time.
